How it works (step-by-step)

- Transit: Direct drive with real-time monitoring and exception management.
- Delivery: Authorized handoff with signature/POD and time-stamped custody log.
Cold-chain & handling
- Temperature ranges: Ambient, refrigerated (2–8 °C), and frozen (as arranged)
- Packaging: Insulated shippers/gel packs; customer-provided validated kits supported
- Excursion control: Documented pack-out/pickup/handoff times; use of temp loggers if supplied
- Chain of custody: Barcode scans, sealed totes, ID checks, signature/POD

Notes & limitations
- Controlled substances handled only under client SOPs and applicable laws
- We do not open, re-pack, or relabel temperature-controlled medicines in transit.
- Dry-ice or specialty cryogenic shippers can be transported when properly prepared and labeled by the shipper.
