Holiday Schedule

Alacarte Courier observes the following U.S. holidays each year.  Pre-scheduled and medical-critical routes may operate with prior approval.

Note: STAT medical deliveries and contracted essential routes may still run.  Please confirm any pre-holiday pickups with dispatch to avoid delays.

Liability & Terms

Alacarte maintains limited liability coverage for all deliveries, with additional coverage available on request.  By using our service, customers agree to our Service Terms and Conditions regarding delays, loss, and damage limitations.

Billing & Invoicing

Invoices are available through your Alacarte & Mailrun Portal or by email.  We accept ACH, debit/credit card, and Square Checkout for convenience. Billing cycles can be weekly or monthly for established accounts.

Primary Coverage Zones

• Oklahoma: Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Stillwater, Norman, Enid, Muskogee
• Arkansas: Fort Smith, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Little Rock
• Texas: Dallas–Fort Worth, Wichita Falls, Sherman, Texarkana
• Kansas: Wichita, Coffeyville, Independence, Parsons

Extended Service

Long-haul and out-of-region deliveries are available upon request.  We also offer nationwide hand-carry courier options for legal or medical customers needing same-day inter-state delivery. Use your portal or contact sales@alacartecourier.com for zone-based quotes and transit estimates.

Pay Your Invoice Online

Paying your invoice is quick, easy, and secure through the Square Account. Must have an invoice number or order number.

Use the payment form on the right to pay your invoice or amount due online.

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — as well as debit cards  supported by our Square payment system.

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email and your account will automatically update in our billing system.
